From website visitors
When you complete our audit enquiry form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your business name

5 How we store and protect it
Your information is stored securely using reputable third-party hosting and software platforms, each governed by their own privacy policies.
We limit access to authorised personnel only, and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
6 Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, share or disclose your personal information to third parties, except:
- Where it is necessary to operate the service through the platforms named above; or
- Where we are required or authorised to do so by Australian law.
7 Website analytics
Our website may collect anonymous, non-personal usage data such as page views and traffic sources through standard analytics tools. This information is aggregated and cannot identify you individually. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and we do not sell browsing data.
8 Client data ownership
Any data we access to deliver the service remains the client’s property at all times. We use it only to recover and book the client’s own leads. We never repurpose it for any other use, and we delete it within 30 days of a written request following the end of the engagement.
9 Data retention
We keep website enquiry data for up to 12 months. Client operational data is kept for the duration of the engagement and deleted within 30 days of a written termination request.
